How can I contact MD and when are inquiries reviewed?
Use the form, email estudio@creativomarketingdigital.com or message WhatsApp +57 316 691 8444. We review inquiries Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Bogotá time. The initial reply helps clarify your needs and arrange the next step; it is not a finalized quote.
Is there a charge for the first conversation?
The initial video call of around 30 minutes is free and comes with no obligation to hire us. We arrange availability after receiving your message. If the project requires research or further discovery, we agree on that scope before starting.
What information should I share?
Tell us what your business does, where it operates, what you want to improve and which channels or website you currently use. A target date and investment range help, but budget details are optional. Do not send passwords or sensitive information through the form.
Do you work with clients outside Bogotá or Colombia?
Yes. We work mainly remotely from Bogotá. We can review local and international projects, agreeing on language, coordination hours, deliverables and terms for each engagement.
Can I visit the studio in Bogotá?
In-person meetings are by appointment only at Calle 50 #19-20, Bogotá. Arrange your visit by WhatsApp or email before traveling. Most meetings and project work take place remotely.
How is a project quote determined?
We first review your goal and scope. The proposal confirms deliverables, timelines, payment terms and any third-party costs. Reference service rates are available when signed in to an MD account; the investment range you select in the form is not a studio price quote.
How do you use my details, and do I have to subscribe?
We use your inquiry details to reply and stay in touch about your request, as described in the Privacy Policy linked in the form. Newsletter subscription is optional and uses a separate checkbox; you do not need to select it to contact the studio.
