MD Estudio Creativo de Marketing Digital
How we work

A clear process
for marketing and digital projects.

From understanding your business to delivering and improving the work. We agree the scope, milestones, responsibilities and timeline before execution. The five phases below adapt to the service you choose; each proposal specifies its deliverables.

01

Phase 1 of 5

Discovery

We start with your business goals, customers and current operation. A first conversation helps identify the need; a project discovery then defines the scope, available information, budget and dependencies.

Deliverables

  • Approved project brief
  • Review of the relevant website, brand, channels or systems
  • Prioritized goals and available measurement
  • Named contacts and approval responsibilities

02

Phase 2 of 5

Strategy

We turn the approved brief into a practical plan: audience, positioning, messages, priorities and the measures relevant to your project. The roadmap separates what is included now from possible later phases.

Deliverables

  • Positioning and brand narrative
  • Competitor research and benchmarking
  • Phased roadmap with dependencies
  • Agreed indicators, baseline and review points

03

Phase 3 of 5

Design

We develop the visual and content work your scope requires: brand elements, page structure, interface concepts or campaign assets. You review the direction at agreed milestones before the next stage begins.

Deliverables

  • Page structure and wireframes where applicable
  • Brand elements and visual guidelines within scope
  • Interface previews or prototypes where applicable
  • Approved design and content for implementation

04

Phase 4 of 5

Build & Launch

We produce or implement the approved work, share progress for review and check the relevant user journeys before launch. For websites and AI agents, this includes testing the agreed integrations and planning the handover.

Deliverables

  • Source code and handover files where applicable
  • A review environment or previews for approval
  • Functional, accessibility and performance checks
  • Launch plan and responsibilities
  • Handover guidance and documentation

05

Phase 5 of 5

Growth

After delivery, we review the available evidence and identify the next improvements. Ongoing reporting, campaign optimization, experiments and maintenance follow the recurring service or support arrangement you choose.

Deliverables

  • Reporting based on the tools and data in scope
  • Findings and next steps at the agreed reporting cadence
  • Prioritized improvement backlog
  • Experiments when traffic and data support a useful comparison

Engagement models

Pick the format that fits your stage

Timeline agreed by scope

Fixed-scope project

A defined deliverable, an approved scope and a quoted investment. The proposal sets milestones, client inputs and the delivery schedule for a website, brand project or other agreed work.

Best for

You need to ship something concrete on a defined timeline

Initial three-month term

Monthly retainer

Ongoing services with agreed activities, responsibilities and reporting. Monthly retainers begin with a three-month minimum and then continue month to month under the published notice terms.

Best for

Your business needs continuous, predictable execution

Published service timeline

Short sprint

A focused engagement for a defined need, such as an audit, campaign setup or integration. Deliverables, prerequisites and timing are confirmed for the selected service.

Best for

You need one critical issue solved now

Working commitments

Scope, support and ownership made clear

01

Revisions within the approved scope

Review rounds apply to the approved phase and deliverables. Additional scope is discussed and approved before it changes the work or budget.

02

Post-launch support included

Website packages include 30 days of post-launch support. Your proposal states the support included for other services and any ongoing maintenance or operation required after handover.

03

Full transparency in tools

You have access to the project information and tools relevant to your engagement. Domain and business accounts stay in your name; source files, code and data are handed over under the published terms.

Timelines and third-party approvals

Each service has its own delivery schedule. For eligible implementation work, an MD-attributable delay carries a 10% setup discount per week, capped at 30%; when setup is provided at no cost, it applies to the first monthly fee. Client delays, scope changes, Meta enablement and force majeure are excluded under the published terms.

Meta business verification, app review and number enablement depend on Meta. Required documentation and approvals must be available before the implementation timeline can apply. See our engagement terms (Spanish) and the AI agent service scope.

Start with a 30-minute discovery call.

We discuss your goals, current situation and possible next steps. If there is a fit, a separate proposal defines the scope and investment.
