The agreed build takes ten business days for healthcare and beauty, or twelve for restaurants, after the required access, content and Meta enablement are in place. Meta reviews and third-party dependencies follow their own schedules. The build guarantee applies to the implementation work under MD's control.

Before connecting your operation
Account and number
We assess the business, number, access and Meta permissions. Onboarding and use alongside the app are confirmed for your account.
Verified integrations
Your calendar, POS and payment provider must support the required operations. We test confirmations and failures; an API alone does not establish full compatibility.
Setup and operation
The proposal separates implementation, monthly operation and external costs: Meta, AI usage, hosting, licences, payments, ads and logistics where applicable. Support hours are also defined.
Messages and data
We define permission, opt-outs, templates and handover to a person. Messages outside the 24-hour service window require approved templates; the business validates which data it can process.

What does a WhatsApp AI agent do?
It interprets messages with a language model and uses the catalog, rules and tools configured for your business. It can answer enquiries and perform authorized actions such as requesting or confirming a booking. Actual scope depends on approved integrations and tests; a model reply alone does not prove an action was completed.
Can I use my current WhatsApp Business number?
We first assess the number, account and onboarding route to Meta's official platform. Coexistence with the app and history access depend on eligibility and the available flow. We confirm the arrangement before changing your operation; keeping every feature requires assessment.
What does each package include, and what is separate?
Consultorio IA combines a website, administrative agent, booking and its published recurring services. Cocina Conectada combines a web menu, orders, payments and monthly content. Cabina Conectada combines WhatsApp, booking, payments and loyalty; its website and Instagram are quoted separately. Each service page details its offer, and the proposal confirms responsibilities and limits.
When can it start operating?
The published builds are ten business days for Consultorio IA and Cabina Conectada, and twelve for Cocina Conectada, once requirements and Meta enablement are complete. Meta reviews, permissions and third-party integrations have their own timelines. Custom projects have a separately agreed scope, acceptance tests and schedule.
What happens when a person is needed?
We define who receives the conversation, how pending work is recorded and what to do when an integration fails or an exception arises. Automation can run outside staff hours subject to system availability; this is not a promise of continuous human support or zero missed enquiries.
How are messaging permission and personal data handled?
We agree on purposes, access, retention and responsibilities. Follow-up messages respect recipient permission, opt-outs and the channel's template rules. Healthcare workflows cover the agreed administrative tasks. Installing an agent alone does not certify legal compliance.
How do I see prices and try the demos?
Sign in to your MD account to see reference rates and access the Spanish-language demos. They explore a simulated operation without connecting your live calendar, POS or payments. The proposal separates setup, monthly operation, Meta and AI usage and other providers. MD is not responsible for Colombian VAT and does not add it to its professional fees.
