Written scope
Before work begins, we agree on deliverables, revisions, responsibilities and a schedule. Scope changes are quoted and approved before execution.

We define indicators and reporting frequency around the service and available data. A campaign, a website and a booking system need different measures.

Clear commercial terms
We separate setup, operation, ad spend and licenses where applicable. Each proposal defines payment, renewal and any minimum commitment.

We document project accounts, materials and deliverables. Third-party licenses and pre-existing components retain their own terms of use.

Who leads the studio?
Andrés García leads MD from Bogotá, connecting commercial strategy with development and communication. Our Team section introduces the people and responsibilities within the studio.
Do you work outside Bogotá?
Yes. We can work remotely in Spanish and English. Visits and on-site production days are agreed separately; in-person meetings in Bogotá require an appointment.
Which industries have published AI agent solutions?
Our published solutions cover medical practices, restaurants and beauty salons. Agents use business-specific information, agreed integrations and human handoff. They do not replace clinical care or guarantee sales or bookings.
Do all services include the same scope?
No. Visual identity, websites, social media management and AI agent operation have different deliverables. Each proposal defines the work, ongoing operation and external costs payable by the client. Website rates are available after signing in with an MD account. MD is not responsible for Colombian VAT and does not add this tax.
