Concejo Municipal de Tuluá – Comprehensive website design
I designed the official website for the Concejo Municipal de Tuluá with a focus on clarity, usability, and public access to information. The project began with a structured process of requirements gathering and elicitation, through strategic meetings with Council members and stakeholders to align objectives, expectations, and the portal's real needs.
Based on that analysis, I defined the site's conceptual and visual identity, working collaboratively to ensure the platform conveyed the institution's values consistently. This included interface design, palette selection, and an intuitive navigation architecture aimed at making information easy to find.
Work performed
-
Research and discovery: analysis and elicitation of requirements with stakeholders.
- Institutional visual identity: conceptual definition, interface, and visual guidelines.
- UX and information architecture: clear structure and intuitive navigation for efficient access.
Results:
This project strengthened public access to government information from a perspective of clarity and transparency, supporting a more effective search experience for citizens.
