One identity. Different ways to connect.

Campaigns, tutorials and brand stories share one visual language. Each piece supports a next step: discover the salon, understand an experience, explore its benefits or start a conversation.

Deliverables

  • Content strategy and editorial planning
  • Scripts and art direction
  • Audiovisual production and motion graphics
  • Seasonal campaigns and brand communication
  • App and loyalty tutorials
  • Real profile and seasonal landing-page walkthroughs

A strategy connecting content and experience

El Mago del Color, a hair-colour salon in Chapinero, Bogotá, brings hair work, client care and digital services together under its own identity. The content strategy turns that world into recognisable stories for Instagram and Facebook: what the salon stands for, what a client can discover and how to continue after a post.

The work combines editorial planning, scripts, art direction, editing and motion graphics. The selection covers seasonal campaigns, brand communication, education and content explaining the app and loyalty portal.

An identity that adapts to each piece’s purpose

Dark backgrounds, gold, typography and the brand symbol connect the collection. The treatment changes with the objective: dynamic editing for Halloween, particles for Mother’s Day and a guided reading sequence for tutorials. Each message receives its own pace within a recognisable brand language.

Content for discovering, understanding and returning

Campaigns show the salon’s work and invite a conversation. Mi Espejo and Método Signature pieces explain the next appointment, the colour cycle and Destellos as part of the relationship between visits. Academia Signature adds questions and learning to that same language.

The app introduction highlights practical uses; the tutorial develops the journey in detail. The recruitment piece extends the brand voice to attracting talent. These different purposes call for their own scripts, formats and calls to action.

Signing in to a personal experience

A recording of the website shows Google sign-in, profile editing and entry to Mi Espejo. This test profile demonstrates how the salon’s content connects with a personal space for colour stages and benefits. The walkthrough preserves the July 2026 edition with fictional demonstration data.

The bio links to a space of its own

The profile link leads to Portal del Mago, a custom landing page organising routes to WhatsApp, booking, Mi Espejo, services, the blog and the salon location. Its featured campaign can change with the season.

The Halloween walkthrough preserves the October 2026 edition, including its visual concept, video and onward links. It documents a past campaign. The structure supports a new art direction for future campaigns, such as Christmas.

Instagram and Facebook within the communication plan

Planning starts with each piece’s objective, topic, format and next step. Instagram combines visual discovery, a presentation of the salon’s work and access to the bio. Facebook forms part of the salon’s content distribution plan. Scripts and message hierarchy adapt to the format and the next step each channel is intended to support.

Campaign evaluation connects its dates and creative pieces with reach, video retention, profile visits, clicks and conversations. Bookings and completed visits are checked against salon operating records, keeping content performance distinct from the full client-care outcome.

Part of one ecosystem

This case complements the El Mago del Color website, its Android app, the Cabina Conectada booking system and Luna agents for WhatsApp and Instagram. Content introduces the experience; the connected channels and systems allow people to continue it.
